- Dr. Pam Gaudry — or simply “Dr. Pam” to the many patients who have trusted her for decades — has been practicing medicine in Savannah for more than 30 years. For generations of families, she is not just a physician, but a steady presence and a trusted advocate. In 2018, after decades within large healthcare systems, Dr. Pam made the intentional decision to step away from “big healthcare” and build a Direct Primary Care practice centered fully around the patient experience. Her goal was simple: restore the relationship between doctor and patient. Patients who choose Dr. Pam often do so because they want a physician who knows their history, understands their family, and takes the time to listen. Her longstanding presence in the Savannah community, combined with her warmth, integrity, and deep clinical experience, are what define this practice.
- Nicole Jackson, FNP — Nicole works alongside Dr. Gaudry to deliver comprehensive, relationship-centered primary care. Together, they provide the continuity and personal attention that Direct Primary Care is designed to offer.
