Direct Primary Care is a membership-based medical model. You pay an annual fee for comprehensive primary care services. The practice does not bill insurance for visits — allowing care decisions and communication to remain direct between you and your physician.

There is a one-time registration fee of $150.
Ages 14–22
$100 per month
Ages 23 & Up
$300 per month or $3,000 per year ($600 savings annually)
