About Coastal Care Primary Care

Direct Primary Care. Relationship-Centered. Predictable.

Coastal Care Primary Care was built around a simple idea: primary care should be personal, predictable, and free from the administrative complexity of insurance-based medicine.

As a Direct Primary Care practice, we focus entirely on the relationship between you and your physician. No insurance. No surprise bills. Just clear, comprehensive care from a team that knows you.

A Coastal Care Partners Practice.

Dr. Pam Gaudry

Dr. Pamela Gaudry, MD, NCMP, FACOG

Dr. Pamela Gaudry, MD, NCMP, FACOG, or “Dr. Pam” as she's affectionately known to her patients, has been practicing in Savannah for 30 years. She completed her residency at The Medical College of Georgia in 1993 and began practicing in Savannah at Memorial Medical Center as one of their physicians.

In January 2018, Dr. Pam decided to break away from “Big Healthcare” and opened up her own Direct Primary Care practice which puts the patients first. In this type of practice, the patient must think of healthcare differently — you will be part of her medical family. In this model, the patient employs the physician to be there when they need them — not when it is convenient for the physician to fit the patient in the schedule. This type of medical care has become extremely popular thanks to its focus on the patient experience as well as great care.

An advocate of the medical community, Dr. Pam has been a member of the Georgia Medical Society, executive board of the Medical Association of Georgia, and in the inaugural class of the Georgia Physician Leadership Academy. In addition, she has lobbied health issues in Washington, D.C. and at the Georgia State Legislature.

A Savannah native, Dr. Pam is a graduate of the University of Georgia, summa cum laude, and completed her residency with the Medical College of Georgia. She is married and has two children (boy-girl twins). She has lived in Savannah, Georgia since 1971. Her intense passions are her Christian faith, reading the Bible, family, gardening, butterflies, golden retrievers, comedy shows, and football. She is a die-hard Georgia Bulldog fan, and on football Saturdays, she can usually be found screaming in the stands of Sanford Stadium in Athens.

The Coastal Care Partners Vision

Patient-First. Relationship-Driven.

Coastal Care Primary Care operates within the broader Coastal Care Partners organization — a healthcare system built around one simple commitment: the patient experience comes first.

While clinical decisions are always physician-led, Coastal Care Partners designs the systems, infrastructure, and service philosophy that allow providers to practice medicine without unnecessary friction.

Our vision is centered on:

  • Clear communication
  • Responsiveness
  • Thoughtful coordination
  • Seamless scheduling and support
  • A welcoming, professional environment
  • A team that truly listens

We believe great medicine deserves a great experience.

That means minimizing administrative barriers, prioritizing communication, and building a culture where patients feel known — not processed.

At Coastal Care Primary Care, this vision supports Dr. Pam Gaudry's longstanding commitment to relationship-based medicine and long-term continuity of care.

Together, strong clinical leadership and patient-first systems create an environment where better healthcare can thrive.
